Workshop
Cancellations made at least 5 days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund.
The specific cancellation deadline will be stated with the information for each workshop.
Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend after the cancellation deadline, you may transfer your place to another participant. Please let us know in advance so that we can update the workshop registration details.
Failure to attend without prior cancellation is non-refundable.
Coffee & Band-Aids workshops are small-group, interactive learning experiences and require sufficient enrollment to run as planned.
If minimum enrollment is not reached, Coffee & Band-Aids may need to cancel or reschedule the workshop. We will let registered participants know as soon as possible.
If Coffee & Band-Aids cancels a workshop, registered participants will receive a full refund.
If a workshop is rescheduled, participants may choose to:
attend the workshop on the new date, or
receive a full refund.
We appreciate your understanding. Keeping cancellations timely helps us maintain small, well-prepared workshops while making available places accessible to other participants who would like to attend.
