What is a C&B Workshop?

A C&B Workshop takes first aid out of the lecture hall and brings it into a relaxed, enjoyable small-group setting

Each workshop focuses on three first-aid situations, with the topics changing from workshop to workshop.

For each topic, you’ll learn the essentials, play an interactive learning game, and practice what to do using realistic props and scenarios.
